Connecting with AndroIRC

AndroIRC is proprietary software. To protect your privacy and freedom, you should consider using an open source IRC Client.

• Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Settings.
  
  
• Tap Servers → (three dots) → New Server

  
• Fill in the details:
  
  

  In the below example configuration we are using an example znc user (Ali) configuring znc for Network name (Darkworld)

  Name: Darkworld znc

  Address: bouncers.darkworld.network

  Port: 31337

  Password: Ali/Darkworld:abcde12345

  Nickname: Ali

  Alternative: Ali_

  Ident: Ali

  Check Secured Connection
  

  Check Use SSL certificate

  Check Auto-connect
  

  Tap ← (back) icon at the top-left corner

• Tap on the + icon to connect to your server. Select the new server from the list:
  
  
• If you see a message saying ZNC is not yet connected, type /znc connect — wait a few minutes to connect.
